(Prerequisites: CST 1114, CST 1123) Fundamentals of IT servicing. Includes configuration, test equipment and software usage, basic disassembly and assembly methods, preliminary tests and diagnostics, and schematic interpretation. Additional emphasis will be placed on troubleshooting methodology implementation on various hardware and software systems. (6 hr lab)
