(Prerequisites: Day Option: HIT 2133, HIT 2513, HIT 2623, HIT 2633, Evening Option: HIT 2513, HIT 2623, HIT 2713, HIT 2812) This course builds upon the fundamentals of diagnostic and procedure coding with emphasis on coding from patient health records for optimal data quality and reimbursement through lab application and practice.
