HRT 2423 - Hospitality Security Management & Law

3 SH
This course explains issues surrounding the need for individualized security programs, examines a variety of security equipment and procedures, and discusses internal security for foodservice and lodging operations. This course provides awareness of the rights and responsibilities that the law grants to or imposes upon a hotelier and consequences of failure to satisfy legal obligations. (2 hr lecture, 2 hr lab)
