LET 2343 - Contracts

(Prerequisites: LET 1113 , LET 1213 ) This course will provide instruction in the area of contract law, concentrating on the elements of a valid contract, various types of contracts, the Uniform Commercial Code, and ethical issues in contract law.  (3 hr lectrure)
