Programs of Study


Hinds Community College offers academic core courses and electives for transfer to a senior institution to complete a bachelor’s degree.  An Associate of Arts Degree (AA) will be awarded to students who fulfill the graduation requirements for this degree.  See the Academic Programs link above. 

The College also offers a wide variety of certificate programs, as well as two-year Associate of Applied Science degrees (AAS).  These graduates are prepared for employment in their field of study.  See the Technical and Career Programs link above.
