DET 2623 - Advanced Brake Systems (Air)

3 SH
(Prerequisites: Instructor Approval) A course to provide instruction and practice in the maintenance and repair of air brake systems commonly used on commercial diesel powered equipment. Includes instruction in maintenance and repair of the air supply system, mechanical system, anti-lock braking system, and traction control system. (1 hr lecture, 4 hr lab)
