EMS 2912 - EMS Operations

(Prerequisites: EMS 1422 , EMS 1525 , EMS 1825 , EMS 2714 . Additional prerequisite: Current National Registry registration as an EMT, current MS certification as an EMT and current Healthcare Provider card issued by the American Heart Association) (Corequisites: EMS 2414 , EMS 2565 ) This course teaches the leadership skills necessary to manage complex situations including patient care, management of the hazardous and crime scene, supervision, mentoring and leading other personnel. (2 hr lecture)
