(Prerequisites: ENG 0123/ENG 0124 or ENG 1114 or higher and REA 0123 or REA 1213) An introduction of the cultural, historical, and social aspects of drama. Class content provides an appreciation of the theatre and performance art to develop audience standards through demonstration of the unique characteristics of theatre. A fine arts elective. (3 hr lecture)
