IST 1283 - Programming Principles with Swift

3 SH
(Prerequisites: IST 1154  or IST 1434 ) This course is designed to help students build a solid foundation in programming using Swift.  Students get practical experience with the tools and techniques they’ll need to build basic iOS apps from scratch.  They’ll also need to build basic iOS apps from scratch.  They’ll also learn problem-solving skills and develop their own ways of breaking down problems into manageable pieces.  As they gain more practice as programmers, they’ll get better at designing clever and efficient solutions to coding challenges. (2 hr lecture, 2 hr lab)
