(Prerequisites: MUA 2472 or audition) Percussion instruction for music majors and non-music majors with an emphasis on percussion instrumental playing. Designed to teach the fundamental principles of playing, explore moderate to advanced levels of literature, and develop the student’s interest in playing. (Total 1 hr lesson per week, 2 hr practice daily)
