(Prerequisites: ENG 0123 or ENG 1113 or ENG 1114 or higher; PSY 1513; SOC 2113) This introductory child advocacy studies course covers the historical, legal framework, responses to child maltreatment, and current cultural controversies pertinent to child maltreatment and child advocacy. (3 hr lecture)
