ENG 2323 - British Literature I

(Prerequisites: ENG 1123 ) British Literature I surveys the Anglo-Saxon, Medieval, Renaissance and Seventeenth Century Periods and acquaints the student with the English literary developments of these periods through a chronological study of the major authors and their writings. (3 hr lecture)
