RGT 1333 - Digital Image Analysis

(Prerequisites: RGT 1114 , RGT 1322 , RGT 1513 , RGT 1613 ) (Corequisites: RGT 1124 , RGT 1312 , RGT 1523 , Humanities/Fine Arts Elective) Content imparts an understanding of the components, principles and operation of digital imaging systems found in diagnostic radiology. Factors that impact image acquisition, display, archiving, and retrieval are discussed. In addition, principles of digital system quality assurance and maintenance are presented. (2 hr lecture, 2 hr lab)
