MMT 2763 - Real Estate Practice

(Prerequisites: Six semester hours in real estate to include Principles of Real Estate) This course is designed to provide instruction to the student on techniques inherent to developing a successful real estate career. Emphasis will be placed on basic knowledge skills and the development of a real estate practice. (3 hr lecture)
