LET 2353 - Criminal Law and Procedure

3 SH
(Prerequisites: LET 1113 , LET 1213 ) This course provides an overview of criminal law and the procedures involved in the criminal process.  The course focuses on the Mississippi court system, legal terminology involved in a criminal practice, and on gathering information and evidence, using ethical standards.  (3 hr lecture)
