ANT 2753 - Autonomous Systems3 SH (Prerequisites: ANT 2743 ) Introduction of autonomous systems theory including UAS autopilot operation, setup, tuning, and troubleshooting; practical application of UAS mission planning and aircraft flight testing including launch/recovery, flight following, situational awareness, Crew Resource Management, risk awareness and emergency procedures. This course is the capstone course for Hinds Community College’s UAS pilot training curriculum and is designed to prepare the student for an entry level pilot position within the UAS industry. (2 hr lecture, 2 hr lab)
