LET 2323 - Torts

(Prerequisites: LET 1113 ) This course provides instruction in the area of law which deals with private and civil wrongs and injuries as distinguished from breach of contract. Concentrates on the elements of a tort, types of torts, damages, remedies, and ethics. (3 hr lecture)
