(Prerequisites: LEA 1811 , LEA 1812  or LEA 1813 ) Continued study of Leadership and Organizational Skills I; ice breakers; traits of members and joiner; non-verbal communication; role functions in groups; time management; stress management; role of constitution; Meyers Briggs type indicator; planning and goal setting; passing the gavel. (2 hr lecture and 2 hr service learning)
