DTV 1212 - Commercial Truck Driving Refresher Course

(Prerequisites: Valid Class A CDL) Provides individuals that hold a current Class A CDL a review of skills and knowledge which relate to fundamental instruction on safety, rules and regulations, driving practices, air brakes, hazardous materials, and emergencies. Includes instruction and practice in performing vehicle inspections, coupling and uncoupling, maneuvering, backing and driving a tractor-trailer truck under varying road and climate conditions. (1 hr lecture, 2 hr lab)
