This course focuses on the strategies and decisions entrepreneurs face. Identify the changes in an environment of accelerated change. Students will learn to incorporate project management and innovation technologies to effectively operate as an entrepreneur. The course will give the student the ability to effectively drive success in a business venture. Training will implement the ability to craft the entrepreneurial mindset. This capstone course will encompass all of the aspects the entrepreneur’s decisions and the effectiveness of strategic initiatives to start or expand a business. (3 hr lecture)
