EPT 2113 - Legal Issues in Entrepreneurship

3 SH
This course will provide students an understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding new business ventures at the federal, state, and local level.  The students will receive information about specific issues including:  intellectual property, trade secrets, patents, copyrights, and licensing.  After completing this course, students will be familiarized wit the regulatory process required to formalize a new business.  (3 hr lecture)
